Teams don’t lose, its individuals. This dogma of men over women and vice versa, I don’t get it. Good ideas should win not gender nor colour.
Ms. Hanaa Sayeed has taken the world over by her tenacity, resilience and forbearance for the past fifteen years, during her formative years upon graduation, where she worked at Bell(even though) she got only interview due to her brother’s employment at that company. According to sources, I can’t neither confirm or deny the story. However, I am putting my market credibility up for grabs, that she is worth a shot, because I have been given many shots to get to where I am today.
What I can say that, she rode that bike all the way. C’mon even Bezos is parents made aka self made. Pun absolutely, not intended.
Ms. Hanaa, has been employed at Rogers Communications Inc., and rising through the ranks, up to Senior. Talent HR Solution Analyst at Rogers.
She is the one to watch out for as a rising CHRO(Chief Human Resource Officer) at Rogers.
One thing I do want to say tho, this is my first public facing recommendation for any rising leader, because I knew her briefly in Ryerson University, which is now TMU(Toronto Metropolitan University). It either could be mistake of mine or an absolute resolute pick from me as Longtrepreneur Inc., host.
Rogers Communications Inc., has been at the helm of innovation and creativity for decades. However, it seems to me and many others that somewhere Rogers lost it’s way. Trust me! We all do, it happens.
What am i really asking here is this? Rogers literally means – The best is yet to come. To your tune, Ms. Hanaa Sayeed is that best is yet to come.
Disclaimer: Me, Yawar Abbas is not paid, influenced, or ridiculed, nor forcefully asserted to make this recommendation. I fully stand by my stance and let’s come back to this in 2036.
